Introduction
The brand ‘HR Broker’ and the website www.hrbroker.eu belongs to the consulting company A-Z Consulting Adam Zygmunt (hereinafter the ‘Company’) registered in Warsaw under the regon number 146872830. The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and potential clients. This privacy policy describes how we collect, store, process and protect personal data and what rights data subjects have.
Principles of cooperation and liability
The Company performs services directly or through third parties, and is also an intermediary between the Customer and a business partner with whom it has a partnership or affiliation agreement.
Detailed terms of cooperation and billing are described in each individual cooperation and service agreement.
The Company shall not be liable for any delays or losses incurred as a result of an incorrectly performed service by a third party (affiliate). The return and complaint policy applies in each case to the direct contracts concluded with clients between the Company or its partners.
The Company does not invoice for the services of partner companies and does not charge commissions to the client, but rather to the partner companies without affecting the price offered to the Clients.
The Company undertakes to fulfil its obligations in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and will use its best endeavours to ensure that the services and products provided by third parties are delivered in accordance with the contracts and in the best interests of the Customer.
