‘Start with WHY?’- Simon Sinek
I founded HR BROKER having in mind the owners of small and medium sized businesses in Poland and fellow HR professionals, as I have had the opportunity to watch and support them on both sides of the business in solving human problems for over 24 years of my career. I have noticed that the biggest problems are sales, keeping the business growing and attracting, developing and retaining the most valuable talents.
As an HR expert and a talent manager at leading corporations in their industries (FMCG, retail, IT & telecommunications, banking and finance, insurance, fin-tech), I have also experienced many of the problems faced by large and complex matrix structures which, when competing for the podium, often spend huge amounts of capital on searching and testing tools and methods which would ensure them maintaining a competitive advantage, which in today's dynamically changing world is increasingly difficult.
The biggest problem for decision-makers is choosing the best option available on the market, which is changing dynamically and offers more and more opportunities, but also risks. Simply relying on proven solutions and trusted contacts is no longer enough and revolutionary changes and approaches in the market can be missed. But how can this be done in the midst of so many other issues and priorities, a lot of regulations and paperwork or overcomplicated processes.
I’ve decided to contribute my part to change this, even if just a little, and help those who consciously understand that they can’t—and don’t have to—do everything alone or know everything themselves. That’s why I offer my experience, knowledge, and network to support all decision-makers seeking optimized solutions for their company’s growth and the minimization of risks dependent on human factors.
As a headhunter with 13 years of experience, I know the recruitment market inside out—the methods and agencies that can help medium-sized and large companies identify and quickly secure the best talent available. I specialize in the precise search for key personnel (senior managers, critical roles, etc.) and collaborate with firms that stand out in the local market for their effectiveness and methodology. This allows me to confidently recommend their solutions and personally vouch for their quality.
As a trainer who has worked both for training companies and within corporate L&D departments—where I managed multimillion-dollar budgets and actively participated in Agile transformations and the digitalization of learning and development solutions—I can confidently say I know what works and what doesn’t. I also know where to find proven solutions that foster a positive shift in learning culture (and, by extension, organizational culture), rather than just generating costs or employee frustration.
Recently, I’ve also expanded my expertise in certain benefit solutions, as these often fall short of their intended purpose or lack quality. For example, commonly offered group life and health insurance or private medical care are increasingly failing to meet rising employee expectations and awareness. While these benefits are slowly becoming standard, the reality is that while "almost everyone has a policy," they’re not truly insured (i.e., adequately protected). Private healthcare may seem better than public, but with rising subscription costs, wait times for specialist visits and accurate diagnoses are growing. Many providers happily take upfront payments from everyone but then fail to deliver on promises of quality and access. This is why I’ve researched the market and partnered with the strongest player in the field. As a licensed insurance agent, I can now directly offer my clients the best solutions available—without compromising my reputation.
Why to stay in touch with me? Well, why not? The only cost is a 30-minute Google Meet call to learn about solutions that, despite being among the best, remain relatively unknown in the market. Those 30 minutes could significantly improve the well-being and work quality of both you and your employees. This isn’t about accolades or self-righteousness—it’s about the shared sense that we’re doing something meaningful not just for ourselves, but for our loved ones and the work environment where we spend a serious chunk of our time.
Looking forward to our conversation,
